1. Profession as a doctor. >>> I became doctor about 52 years back to serve the humanity especially to helpless and marginalized people of the society. Having keen interest in serving people and learning I did my Subsequently higher education like MS, Ph.D., DNB & FRCS (England, Edinburg, Glasgow) and then started extending my services to the hospital. I got the moral values and desire to help poor people in the hospital and outside the hospital. From my family I treated and operated thousands of cases but always kept in my mind to cure the patients and help poor and needy people as far as possible. From very long time I had been attending health camps and help to serve the people.
2. Medical Research for the long-term advantage to poor people.
3. My research on Abdominal Tuberculosis, is a boon to the society which is a disease mainly attacks poor and deprived class of the society. A large number of poor people and others were well treated of abdominal tuberculosis and got benefitted by my research work. The medicine of TB was provided free from the Government of India and I motivated and counselled the patient to take medicine properly and provided their follow up free of cost.
4. I held Regular Health camps for Diagnosis, investigation and medication of people especially poor people.
5. Work during Covid pandemic.
   1. Frontline Service : Personally attended hundred and thousands of COVID-19 patients, ensuring access to treatment, oxygen, and critical care during peak waves.
   2. Public Awareness Campaigns : Led massive outreach campaigns on hygiene, vaccination, and maintain social distancing in rural and urban communities.
   3. Vaccination Drive Coordination : Managed large-scale vaccination centers, ensuring timely administration of vaccines and accurate record-keeping.
   4. Innovative Health Solutions : Introduced telemedicine platforms and mobile testing units, increasing access to care during lockdowns.
   5. Training & Mentorship: Trained over hundred health workers in COVID-19 safety protocols, PPE usage, and patient management. Also contributed to achieve following UNO's Sustainable Development Goals.
6. Regular medical outdoor services in temple as well as in Muslim area and also in slum area.
7. Cancer screening program to detect cancer in early stage for good treatment and for saving money of the people and the government.
   1. Frequently Cancer Screening Camps were organized with the help of other doctors and all the attempts were made to diagnose Cancer cases at an early stage so that they could be treated and almost cured in time. This was of great advantage in giving financial relief to the patients as well as to protect wastage of government resources in treating advance stage of cancer in place of early stage.
8. As a Senior Surgeon and Eminent Medical Teacher, I have produced a great impact on society. As a well skilled Surgeon, trained so many doctors in India and abroad. I have operated many cases in last 40 years to serve human being and humanity of my country. I have operated so many difficult cases who are poor and cannot afford to go to private expensive hospitals. My dedicated services created confidence in me and the Govt. setup hospitals in our state. The other part of my field of work is teaching. I am teaching under gradate and post graduate students for last 30 years. I have always imparting best of my knowledge to my students and I feel privileged to say that many of my students are working on a very senior level doctors/surgeons in my state, country and abroad.
9. Guided Research Project of more than 100 doctors on different subjects for the award of MS/Ph.D.
10. I feel indebted to God that he made me a well skilled doctor/surgeon. This has been due to blessing and support of my parents, teachers, Govt, colleagues and of course my patients.
11. I, as an Eminent Teacher have always imparted best of my knowledge to my students and colleagues.
12. Actively associated with National Teaching Programme in the faculty of Surgery. Examiner for selection of most brilliant emerging surgeons in India are selected and awarded through this Programme.
13. I was an examiner of National Board of Examinations for last 30 years which is an autonomous body of Ministry of Health, Govt. of India to regulate Under Graduate and Post Graduate admission and teaching in different Medical Colleges of India.
14. The fellowship FRCS was awarded to me by UK Govt., as super specialty in every part of world. I have guided more than 100 research work to young doctors to be awarded MS or Ph.D. by different universities. These research works are being utilized in our day to day practice for better treatment to the people of our state and nation. I have also guided good number of doctors in getting higher degrees like FRCS and MRCS in foreign countries.

1. Doctors Association – Organizes and motivated doctors in Patna and Bihar to conduct regular meeting, health camps and provide financial help to poor people of every sector during the time of crisis.

5. Other than health cases cure I also have keen interest in education of poor children by providing them fee, books, dress, bags etc. regularly.

1. Imparting the best of knowledge which I gained in various institution of this world by Teaching Under graduate and Post graduate students in different medical colleges of Bihar and acclaimed as one of the best teachers in the field of Medical Science.
2. Worked on the Project of Abdominal Tuberculosis in Bihar and was awarded Ph.D. for my this research. This research was of great value and guide to treat poor patients of Abdominal Tuberculosis in Bihar and other parts of country.
